At Stone House Care and Medical, we are passionate about supporting people to live well safely, happily and independently in the comfort of their own home. We believe great care is personal, respectful and built around the individual, not a routine. That’s why we take time to understand what matters most to each client and family, and we tailor our support to fit their needs, preferences and lifestyle.
We have been operating since 2017 and are based in Kidderminster, providing home care services across Kidderminster, Worcester, Malvern, Wychavon and Droitwich. From short daily visits to full-time live-in care, our aim is to help clients remain in familiar surroundings, maintain dignity and independence, and feel supported every step of the way.
