About Stone House Care
At Stone House Care and Medical, we are passionate about supporting people to live well safely, happily and independently in the comfort of their own home. We believe great care is personal, respectful and built around the individual, not a routine. That’s why we take time to understand what matters most to each client and family, and we tailor our support to fit their needs, preferences and lifestyle.
We have been operating since 2017 and are based in Bromsgrove, providing home care services across Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Worcester, Malvern, Wychavon and Droitwich. From short daily visits to full-time live-in care, our aim is to help clients remain in familiar surroundings, maintain dignity and independence, and feel supported every step of the way.

PERSON-CENTRED SUPPORT AT HOME
Our care is designed to be flexible and responsive whether you need a little help to stay on top of daily tasks or more specialist support. We provide personal care for a wide variety of clients, including older people, those who are frail or unwell, and individuals living with dementia or a disability. We understand that needs can change over time, and we work closely with clients and families to ensure care continues to feel right and effective.
PERSONAL CARE SERVICES
Support includes:
- Bathing, washing, dressing and grooming
- Meal preparation and support with eating
- Medication prompts
- Help getting into bed
Our caring, trained staff deliver reliable, respectful care, with regular check‑ins to ensure you are happy with your service.
PALLIATIVE CARE
Our dedicated palliative care service supports individuals with life‑limiting conditions to remain at home, surrounded by loved ones. We work closely with community palliative teams and families to provide compassionate, dignified care.
We offer flexible support from 2‑hour visits to 24‑hour care, ensuring comfort, respect, and emotional support at every stage. Our staff are trained in cultural sensitivity and end‑of‑life care, helping individuals and families feel supported throughout.
DEMENTIA CARE
We provide holistic, person‑centred dementia support that helps individuals live well at home. Our approach focuses on understanding personal routines, histories, and preferences to create meaningful, reassuring care.
We offer specialist support for complex needs such as challenging behaviour, anxiety, and increased confusion. Our team receives advanced dementia training and ongoing mentoring to deliver safe, skilled, compassionate care.
LEARNING DISABILITY SUPPORT
We support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives at home and in the community. Our services include residential support, supported living, and enhanced care for complex needs.
We work with a wide range of professionals GPs, therapists, dieticians, mental health teams to ensure each person receives the right support. Our person‑centred plans focus on building life skills, confidence, and positive outcomes.
LIVE-IN CARE (24-HOUR SUPPORT)
